Sebel (real name Sebastian Niehoff, born 1980) is a German singer-songwriter, rock musician and photographer from the Ruhr region. He began his career as a drummer in various bands before joining musician Stoppok's band in 2009. As a solo artist he releases German-language rock and singer-songwriter material; his best-known work is the song "Heimat" (2011). Beyond music, Sebel also works as a photographer and filmmaker.
