About
Sons of Town Hall is a transatlantic folk duo made up of American songwriter David Berkeley and British songwriter and producer Ben Parker. On stage they appear as two 19th-century vagabond characters, Josiah Chester Jones and George Ulysses Brown, blending harmony-driven folk with costumed, theatrical storytelling. Their live show functions as a companion to their radio-theater podcast and mixes balladry with performance art. Their sound has been likened to acts such as Simon & Garfunkel.
