Stefan Danziger (born 1983 in Dresden) is a German comedian who moved to the Soviet Union with his family as a child before returning to Dresden. In 2006 he moved to Berlin, where he worked as a city tour guide and, from 2011, turned his experiences into English-language comedy performances that took him to London, Amsterdam, Edinburgh, Kraków and Warsaw. On stage, sporting a mustache, driver's cap and lumberjack shirt, he illuminates history along with the contradictions and absurdities of everyday life in his adopted home of Berlin. His work has earned him several awards, including the St. Ingberter Pfanne (2017), the Stuttgarter Besen (2020) and the Passauer Scharfrichterbeil (2022).
