Tiavo are a band from Saarbrücken, active since 2015. What began as a crossover duo around singer Leandros Nassioudis, known as Lucy, and producer Xaver Held has grown into a five-piece collective. After the rap-rock albums “Oh Lucy” (2018) and “Raock” (2020), both of which charted in Germany, the sound shifted from 2022 towards electropunk and Neue Deutsche Welle: synthesizers, hard guitars and spoken-word rap in one. The double album “Hotel Tiavo” arrived in August 2026: a record about slow-dancing with the love of your life, about room-service moments and about the small disasters that come of checking out far too early. The live show pulls the audience into that hotel's lobby, somewhere between music, theatre and sheer nonsense, with the band's television-set head front and centre.
