The Tineke Postma Group is the ensemble of the Dutch jazz saxophonist and composer Tineke Postma (born 31 August 1978). Postma has toured internationally for years as a leader and as a side person and has released seven albums under her own name. DownBeat's 2019 critics poll named her a rising star on soprano saxophone. Her album “Freya” of original compositions appeared in 2020 and featured Ralph Alessi, Kris Davis, Matt Brewer and Dan Weiss. She also teaches at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.
