Bürgerzentrum Engelshof is a community and cultural centre run by a nonprofit association, housed in a former manor farm dating from around 1850 in Westhoven, on the right bank of the Rhine in Cologne. Operating since 1976, it hosts international festivals, cabaret, small-scale theatre, concerts, courses, and programmes for children, teenagers, and seniors, plus a monthly flea market and a beer garden. The entrance and restrooms are wheelchair-accessible.
