Don Clarke (born 1956 in Halifax, West Yorkshire) is a British-German stand-up comedian and host. He moved to Lauenburg, Germany, in his mid-twenties, initially working as a painter and mason. His comedy career started in 1995 at an open-house day of his commune, and since 1997 he has been touring Germany full-time. Known for his British wit on German stages, his solo programmes include "Natural Born Comedian" and "SEXundSECHZIG". He has appeared on German TV shows such as BR's "Vereinsheim Schwabing" and won the audience award at the Bremer Comedy Preis as well as third place at the Hamburger Comedy Pokal.
