About
GANS are a British rock duo from Birmingham made up of Euan Woodman (drums, vocals) and Tom Rhodes (bass, vocals). The two met while studying music at college and formed the band in late 2023 over a shared love of noise and literature. Their debut album "Good for the Soul" was released in September 2025 on Pete Doherty's Strap Originals label and produced by Ross Orton (Arctic Monkeys, Amyl and the Sniffers). The songs draw on their experiences of relationships and growing up working class in the Black Country. The band's name is simply the German word for "goose", and their 2026 Evolution Tour includes dates in Germany.
