Ginuwine, born Elgin Baylor Lumpkin on October 15, 1970 in Washington, D.C., is an American R&B singer. Signed to Epic Records in the mid-1990s, he became one of the era's leading R&B artists. His 1996 debut single "Pony", produced by Timbaland, appeared on the album "Ginuwine…The Bachelor".
