About
The Hollywood Vampires began in the 1970s as Alice Cooper's celebrity drinking club at the Rainbow Bar and Grill in West Hollywood, with Keith Moon, Ringo Starr, Micky Dolenz and Harry Nilsson among its members. Cooper revived the name in 2012 as a band with Johnny Depp and Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry; Tommy Henriksen completes the core line-up. Their self-titled 2015 debut was largely a covers record honouring friends they had lost, while Rise (2019) moved to mostly original songs. On stage they are backed by Glen Sobel on drums, Chris Wyse on bass and Buck Johnson on keyboards, and the set mixes Vampires material with Alice Cooper and Aerosmith staples. The 2026 UK and European tour is their first run of shows in almost three years.
