About
Kempes Feinest is a Kölsch-rock band from Grevenbroich that performs mainly at the Cologne Carnival. Their songs are largely sung in the Kölsch dialect of the Cologne region. The band's name is a tribute to Peter "Kempes" Kempermann, the former frontman of the group Rabaue and the father of the band's singer. The group is a fixture of the carnival and party music scene in the Rhineland.
