Planschemalöör is a band from Cologne that has been performing since April 2018. The group blends modern surf-pop with the Kölsch dialect, describing its style as “Surfpop op kölsch” rather than conventional Cologne carnival rock. It is made up of Juri Rother (vocals), Pierre Pihl (guitar), Alex Mayer (bass) and Mathis Rasmußen (drums). The four are known for their charm, boyband-style dance routines and playful energy on the city's stages.
