Thomas Freitag (born 17 June 1950 in Alsfeld) is a German cabaret artist and actor. For decades he has been one of Germany's best-known political-satirical solo performers, particularly recognised for his political parodies. His current stage programme is titled "Rückzug über die Minen der Ebene", in which he takes a satirical look at artificial intelligence, wealth and moral decline. He also tours with his "Abschieds Programm" (farewell programme).
