Uada is an American black metal band from Portland, Oregon, formed in 2014. The group plays melodic black metal in a style often compared to acts such as Dissection and Mgła. The musicians are known for performing on stage in hooded attire, which has become a visual trademark. Signed to the Eisenwald label, the band has released several albums, beginning with their debut "Devoid of Light" (2016). Their intense live performances have earned Uada a devoted following in the international metal scene.
