Carmela de Feo (born 1973 in Oberhausen-Alstaden) is a German accordionist, singer, actress and comedian, best known by the name of her stage persona "La Signora". The daughter of Italian labour migrants, she began accordion lessons in 1981 and studied the instrument at the Folkwang Hochschule in Essen under Mie Miki from 1993 to 1996. After years with the tango ensemble Primavera del Tango and the comedy duo CocoLorez, she developed the La Signora character, whose first solo programme "Sei mein" premiered in 2007. Since 2007 she has hosted her own mixed-bill show "LaSignorasComedyClub" at the Ebertbad in Oberhausen. She won the Goldener Besen and the audience prize at the Stuttgarter Besen competition in 2009 and received the German Kleinkunstpreis in 2022.

Comedy in Düsseldorf: Carmela de Feo brings her show Meine besten Knaller to the Kulturhaus Süd in September 2027. The community centre in Garath hosts its shows in an arena hall seating 320 guests.
