Helene Bockhorst (born 14 November 1987) is a German stand-up comedian and author. After completing a master's degree in journalism and communication studies, she began performing on comedy stages in 2017 and released her first solo show, "Die fabelhafte Welt der Therapie," in 2018. She went on to tour with the programs "Die Bekenntnisse der Hochstaplerin Helene Bockhorst," "NIMM MICH ernst," and, from 2025, "Lebefrau." Her performances blend comedy with candid reflections on psychotherapy and mental health. She has also published the novels "Die beste Depression der Welt" and "Der Supergaul."
