Kasalla is a Kölschrock band founded in 2011 in Cologne, whose name means something like "trouble" or "commotion" in the Rhineland dialect. The group was started by guitarist and songwriter Flo Peil and singer Basti Campmann. Kasalla sings mostly in the Cologne dialect (Kölsch) and performs both at concerts and regularly during the Cologne Carnival. Their debut album "Et jitt Kasalla" was released in January 2012.
