About

Brings are a band from Cologne, Germany, founded in 1990, who perform most of their songs in the local Kölsch dialect. They first made a name for themselves as a rock band and have also been singing in standard German since 1995. After the success of their 2001 single “Superjeilezick”, they specialized in Cologne party anthems and became a fixture of the Cologne carnival scene. Their most successful release is the 2013 single “Kölsche Jung”, which sold over 300,000 copies.
