Wolfgang Trepper (born 9 May 1961 in Rheinhausen, now part of Duisburg) is a German cabaret artist, presenter and author. After years as a sports manager and radio host, he launched his stage career in 2003 when Schmidt Theater director Corny Littmann advised him, following his first Hamburg appearance, to give up radio and go on tour. He gained wide recognition through a long-running collaboration with singer Mary Roos, notably the show "Nutten, Koks und frische Erdbeeren." He appears regularly on German television, including "Nuhr im Ersten," "Gefragt – Gejagt" and "Genial daneben." In 2019 he received the smago! Award as Cabaret Artist of the Year.
