Smokie are an English rock band formed in 1965 in Bradford, Yorkshire. They achieved international success in the 1970s after teaming up with the songwriting and production duo Mike Chapman and Nicky Chinn. The band is best known for hits such as "Living Next Door to Alice", "If You Think You Know How to Love Me" and "I'll Meet You at Midnight". Despite numerous lineup changes over the decades, Smokie remain active and continue to tour.
